Come learn the art of greenhouse growing and composting from one of the region’s leading experts, Bruce Edwards. Renowned for his work with Urban Harvest, Edwards has been a pioneer in the modern organic agriculture movement. The workshop will begin with an introduction to greenhouse growing and composting with worms, followed by more intense greenhouse techniques after lunch.
