MFSI will be having our 2nd Annual Food Sovereignty Symposium February 12th and 13th, 2010 here in Okmulgee, OK.  This years theme is "Porwvn, Hompetvn, Pom Vhesaketv Tos: Our Seeds, Our Food, Our Survival." The main events will be taking placing in the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Mound Building on both days from 9:00 - 4:30.  The youth tract will take place primarily in the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Housing Authority and is looking forward to an open mic night on the 12th and a live Native hip hop concert on the 13th.  For details click on the two flyer links below.
